Shipping Guidelines
We are committed to delivering your high-quality posters as quickly and efficiently as possible. Since we work with Gelato.com to fulfill all orders, we leverage their global network of printing partners to ensure your print is produced and shipped from the closest location. Here are the key details about our shipping process:

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed and printed within 2-5 business days from the time the order is placed. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Time
Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes between 7-15 business days depending on the destination.

Expedited Shipping: If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available at checkout, offering delivery within 3-7 business days for most locations.

3. Worldwide Shipping
We proudly ship globally, ensuring that your poster arrives, no matter where you are located. Gelato’s network includes production facilities in over 30 countries, allowing us to print and ship locally from the closest available location.

Shipping Zones:

United States: 3-7 business days

Canada & Mexico: 7-10 business days

Europe: 5-10 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 7-10 business days

Rest of the World: 10-15 business days (timing may vary based on the destination)

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and shipping method. Free shipping may be available for certain regions during promotional periods or on orders above a specified value.

5. Customs and Duties
For international orders, customs duties or taxes may apply, depending on your country’s import regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.

We cannot guarantee that the shipping carrier will not impose additional fees. Please check with your local customs office for details regarding possible additional charges.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can track the progress of your delivery through the shipping carrier's website.

Please note that once the order has left the production facility, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and location.

7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check the shipping address you provide during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If there’s a mistake with your shipping address, please contact us immediately before your order is processed, and we’ll do our best to make changes.

If you encounter any issues with your delivery (e.g., delayed, lost, or damaged packages), please contact our support team immediately. We will work with Gelato’s shipping partners to resolve the issue and ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition.

Missing or Damaged Items: If your item is missing or damaged during transit, please provide us with a photo of the damaged item and packaging within 5 days of receiving your order.

9. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more details.
